Classroom Lessons
I teach guidance lessons in all classrooms designed to reach every student. The goal is to teach and empower students by increasing self-knowledge and coping and life skills.  This will enable them to become motivated learners, better communicators, active team members, creative problem solvers, and responsible citizens.

Grades K-2 topics include:
  • Friendship skills   
  • Identifying and sharing feelings   
  • Emapathy and how to get along with others   
  • Personal safety
  • Implulse control and anger management,
  • Bullying prevention
  • Problem solving

Grades 3-6 topics include:
  • Leadership and community building

  • Recognizing and responding to bullying
